I had forgotten about that OpEd in the Journal. It’s hard to correct people when you can’t speak. That was an crazy travel year with both a bus ride to Saskatoon for single game and a trip to New Orleans for the Mardi Gras parades. Thanks for the memories.

I laughed out loud when I saw the Mannix strip tease 🤣 I remember that ad well. Mannix was marching director the year I was music director and he knew how to entertain a crowd.
